These tariffs are with VAT and include your home assistant's salary, paid holidays, both employees and employers contribution, civil and professional insurance. A kilometric compensation depending on your home location will be added to the basic cost.
However these tariffs do not include the helps you can claim for nor the tax deduction. In order to obtain a real estimate send your request via the form :

Kilometric compensations
Travelling costs are at the client's expenses and apply for kilometres done by the home assistants as part of their duties (urgent demand, absence of public transport, taking children to extracurricular activities, geographical distance...). They are defined while signing the contract for services. All intermissions are paid by Power & Co.

Payment facilities
The default payment method is bank transfer. All other means of payment entail an extra cost of 5% of the total amount.
Members who have chosen CESU will have to transmit a returnable deposit and two packages in advance to Power & Co because the processing and payment of these vouchers by the CRT ( Centre of Discount Vouchers) is done 1.5 month after the vouchers' reception.
Ask your employer if he is affiliated to the CRT (Centrale de Traitement des Titres).

Home Care Assistance - NF 311- this label certifies compliance with the NF X 50-056 standard and with the NF311 certification rules. It guarantees regular monitoring by AFAQ/AFNOR, the French standards organisation.
