Power & Co has chosen to specialize in child care to meet at the best the request of families :

Babysitters do all the duties related to children's care :

• waking up,cooking,dressing, liaising with nursery home, taking to leisure or sportive activities,
  giving bath, games, walks...
  
  

We define the duty with the parents beforehand. We adapt the personnel's skills to the specific nature of the service (babies or toddlers, entertainment...).
Our babysitters can look after one to four children around the same age.

Power & Co is also available in addition to other institutions and can operate in a timely way before or after school or nursery, when your child is ill and cannot go to nursery school, or for any other problems...

What our services include :

By using Power & Co, you get the desired service hassle-free and you still have access to state aids.

Power & Co is the home assistant's employer.

• Our invoices are established monthly on your real consumption of services .
• Our tariffs include all salary costs of the person working in your home. This includes social security, both employees and employers contribution, as well as paid holidays.
• Power & Co monthly delivers a certificate to enable you to benefit from allowances for young children and that you send to the CAF (Family Allowances Fund).

Who are our assistants

Power & Co carefully recruits personnel with specialized degrees (95%) such as CAP ( Certificate for early childhood,) BAFA (Youth Supervision Certificate), BEPS sanitaire et social (BTEC Associations for Social Services) and Nursery Assistant Certificate.
The remaining 5 % are mothers and young grand mothers who want to go back to work after bringing up their children.
We select our applicants according to their work background, experience and motivation.
Each one is then accompanied and supervised in the professional context.

Our assistants are shared out between Aix en Provence and La Ciotat either in temporary work or in open-ended contracts.
