1. Is it the same person that looks after my children each time? Yes, your babysitter will always be the same one if your demand is regular (every night, every Wednesday...) For occasional demands we do all our best so that you may have the same babysitter depending on her availability.
2. What happens if my home assistant breaks a valuable object when doing the cleaning? Power & Co and our home assistants have subscribed to an insurance company and are covered for all incidents that could come up at your home. Therefore our clients are informed about Power & Co 's responsibility and about their own civil and penal responsibility when they ask for home care services. However should a serious problem arise, there will be full investigation with both insurances and parts.
3. What happens in case of domestic accidents? The Civil and Professional Insurance will cover the accident if there is evidence against the home assistant. Otherwise faults will be on both sides.
4. If I am away for a few days will my home assistant look after my pets and my plants? Yes, it is included in your package.

5. Will she be replaced if she is sick or on holidays? Yes, we commit ourselves to fill in for our home assistants depending on availability.
6. Should a problem arise with my home assistant, who do I have to call? The responsible of our sectors are at your disposal for all demands or claims. Do not hesitate to contact them.
7. If my home assistant is not suitable, what can I do? We carefully select our home assistants according to your needs and your criteria. But if she does not suit you we can replace her within a short delay.
8. If I go abroad with my children, can our babysitter come with us? Yes, but the contract must be modified between the home assistant and Power & Co, so you'll become her employer during that period.
